Renewable energy sources could represent the economic stimulus that many suffering Americans are waiting for while Republican opposition to progress looks down it's nose at us. Upstate New York is an economically depressed place, having seen many industries leave in search of cheaper labor over the past few decades. When most people think of New York, they typically think of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, but it goes without saying that most of New York does not look like the city that never sleeps.
This interview demonstrates exactly the type of thinking that should be taking hold in this country, as it's become painful to watch the economic suffering while our leaders in Washington play politics with our future - to say this is disheartening is a drastic understatement.
